The National Pit Crew Championship Powered by Tyson put the best NASCAR crews against each other in a head-to-head contest to determine the fastest pit crew in motorsports.
Teams from such legendary racing organizations as Dale Earnhardt, Inc.; Penske Racing; Joe Gibbs Racing; Robert Yates Racing; Chip Ganassi Racing; Petty Enterprises; Bill Davis Racing; and others participated at the Pit Instruction and Training facility in Mooresville, North Carolina, on May 9, to claim the title as
the best.
The teams competed to win $100,000, and four teams had a shot at a $500,000 prize in the final bonus round called “The Powered by Tyson Pit Stop.”
The competition will be televised on the SPEED Channel on the following times and dates:
7 p.m. to 9 p.m. CDT, Saturday, August 6
4 p.m. to 6 p.m. CDT, Sunday, September 18
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. CDT, Wednesday, September 21 |
