Epes Transport System, Inc. opens new terminal in Valdosta, Georgia

 

Greensboro, NC- Epes Transport System, Inc. announced the opening of their new terminal in Valdosta, Georgia. The Valdosta terminal will allow Epes to better serve its customer base in the Southern Georgia and Florida areas. In addition, the terminal will serve as a central domicile for the growing Southeastern fleet of Epes’ drivers.

 

“The Valdosta terminal is in a very strategic location and will be great benefit to the growth of our company. We are excited about the opportunity to expand our staff of regional drivers who live in Florida and South Georgia. We have been very impressed by the people and officials of Valdosta and look forward to playing an important role in the local economy by providing jobs and logistical support for area businesses,” stated Kevin Rickansrud, Epes Vice President of Operations.

 

The new terminal, managed by Doug Reed, is located just off I-75 at Exit 11. The address is 3615 Madison Highway, Unit A, Valdosta, GA 31601. Epes is currently recruiting drivers and owner operators out of this terminal.
