Decker Truck Line Announces Drivers of the Month for March, 2006

 

Fort Dodge, Iowa– Decker Truck Line, Inc. is pleased to announce that Dwight Elm was selected as the March 2006 Driver of the Month for the Reefer/Van division. Dwight lives in Coon Rapids, Iowa with his wife Anna. He has been with the company since December of 2003.

 

Selected as Driver of the Month for the Flatbed division was Joe Lax. Joe resides in Orion, IL. He is a driver trainer for Decker and has been employed since April of 2005.

 

Drivers and owner-operators are nominated each month by their dispatcher, and are

selected based on their overall performance within all areas of the company; including operational productivity, safety record, maintenance/care of equipment (including idle time), payroll & billing, and customer service. All drivers and owner-operators who are selected as a driver of the month will be eligible to be chosen as Driver/Owner-Operator of the year.
