Dart Transit Company announces Contractors of the Month

 

Eagan, Minnesota – Dart Transit Company announces its September and October 2006 Contractors of the Month. Gene Knudson is the September Contractor of the Month at Dart’s Eagan Operating Center. The October Contractors of the Month are Larry Deviney at the Dallas Operating Center and Tim Regan at the Eagan Operating Center. Contractors of the Month are recognized for their on-time performance, dependability, and safety record.

Gene Knudson lives in Sanger, Texas. He has contracted with Dart for more than 16 years. Knudson owns and operates a 2000 Freightliner with one of Dart’s dedicated contracts. “Dart is a wonderful company to work with,” Knudson says. “They make it easy for me to be successful. I think it is quite an honor to be Contractor of the Month.”

 

Larry Deviney from Nickerson, Kansas, has contracted with Dart for 20 years. Deviney owns and operates a 2000 International. He has received many safety awards and has driven nearly 2 million accident-free miles. “Being Contractor of the Month is a pleasant surprise,” Deviney says. “I feel pretty honored.”

Tim Regan lives in Hastings, Minnesota. He has been an owner operator for 27 years, and has contracted with Dart since 1997. Regan owns and operates a 2000 Volvo with one of Dart’s dedicated contracts. Regan has received numerous Dart Safety Awards including Dart’s Hall of Fame award and 10-year plaque. “Tim does a great job,” says John Hynes, Dart City Operations Supervisor. “He is a great contractor, and this is well-deserved.”

 

Dart Contractors of the Month receive certificates and gifts from Dart’s “Pro Shop.” Dart Contractors of the Year are selected from its Contractors of the Month.
