BAY & BAY TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS COMPANY HIRES
ZACH LITTLE TO OVERSEE DRIVER SERVICES AND MORE

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (January 29, 2008) -- Bay & Bay Transportation, a national transportation and logistics company based in Minneapolis, is pleased to announce it has hired Zach Little as business unit manager, a new position.  Prior to joining Bay & Bay on January 16, Little was general manager for Overbye Transport in Lakeville, MN.

Little, 43, will oversee Bay & Bay’s Driver Services Group, which includes driver recruitment, orientation and retention, and leasing.  He will also assume other high-level management duties directly under Sam Anderson, Bay & Bay’s president.  

            “Zach will bring a straightforward approach to managing opportunities and hurdles within our trucking company,” Anderson commented. “His experience working together to promote a successful environment for owner operators is a big plus, along with his solid operations and general trucking background.”

Little has spent his 23-year transportation career with two companies.  He began with North Star Transport, where he was a company driver and owner operator for 10 years, before moving to internal operations and dispatch in 1995.  In May of 1999, Little went to Overbye Transport and helped build the successful trucking company from the ground up by working in operations, IT, human resources, logistics and other areas.

A native of Southern Minnesota, Zach lives with his wife, Amanda, and their four teenage children in Rosemount, MN.
